We charge a small gap fee for Medicare Chronic Care Plan appointments so you can access an experienced physiotherapist of your choice at a time that suits you, without being locked into a set provider or rushed appointment model. Our approach is fully personalised—each patient is assessed and treated on their individual needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. We already reduce fees for Medicare referrals, however we believe in delivering higher value care through thorough assessment, tailored treatment, and continuity. The full appointment cost is paid on the day, with the Medicare rebate typically returned to you within 24 hours. This ensures you receive quality, flexible care with a strong focus on outcomes. How much do you charge for a physio session?

Our rates and fees vary depending on the type of funding you are accessing, as we have established agreements with certain private health insurers. In some cases, these partnerships allow us to offer set rates or reduced out-of-pocket costs. For patients under WorkCover, DVA, and most CTP insurance claims, there is typically no cost to you, meaning your treatment is fully covered once your claim has been approved. For other funding types, including private patients or Medicare referrals, fees may differ, and any applicable rebates will be processed accordingly. What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care. We understand that unexpected emergencies and situations can arise, and these will always be considered with care. However, if appointments are repeatedly missed or cancelled outside of the 24-hour notice period, a cancellation fee may apply. In some cases, we may also require prepayment for future bookings to secure your appointment time. You can easily cancel and rebook your appointment using the links included in your appointment confirmation email or reply to the reminder text within 24 hours.
